We are about to launch our "Ditch the Diet" Campaign and we're really excited!!  Our aim is to inspire 10,000 people to get of the never ending diet treadmill and use an intelligent approach to weight loss which has proven to work!
Our clients have lost kilos, centimetres, the desire for the scales, the emotional need for the pantry; and have found a better way to live and enjoy food!

We'll let you know when the Campaign is launched so if you know anyone who would be interested in being part of the campaign and changing the way they think about food and weight, then you can then send them to the website!

Head Space

Never underestimate the power of de-cluttering or changing the space where you spend a lot of time.  I'd been procrastinating for ages about clearing out and painting my home office; partly because I couldn't make a decision about the colour but mostly because I thought it would be a huge task!  The more I thought about it, the more easily I succumbed to the temptations in the pantry!  I allowed my indecision and stress to be overtaken by the dreaded EE! (Emotional Eating!)  It all came to a head when I was at dinner with a friend and I was talking about how I must paint my office and my friend said "How many times have I heard you say that?!"  Clearly a number of times!!  So, appropriately motivated, the next day I went to the hardware store, bought what I needed, moved everything out of my office and got on with the job.  The nice surprise was, it actually wasn't as hard as I thought and it made a massive difference to my head space!

The office now feels brighter, fresher and a happier space to be in.  My eating has assumed its usual status quo and I'm inspired to do even more now I have the great space in which to work.

Think about what you've been putting off - notice how you feel knowing it's not done, then think about how you'll feel when it is done - I'm sure the difference will motivate you to get it done!

A new room space can equal a revitalised head space.
